This year’s theme for Emirati Women’s Day aims to highlight the ambitions of the Emirati women for making the nation a better and prosperous place to be in. Also, it promotes women leadership and empowerment. And with the UAE completing 50 years of establishment, Emirati Women’s Day 2021 hopes to boost women participation in legislative, executive, and managerial roles. With the legislation’s support, women aim to make their rights communicated to all.
Now women can find excellent career opportunities and a safer and more inclusive environment in the UAE. Moreover, all this is possible due to years of fighting for women’s rights and safety. Many initiatives were taken to highlight gender equality, and most importantly, to create a more safe and secure environment for women.
