The 'Black Velvet' Alocasia has striking dark green to almost black leaves with a velvet-like texture. The leaves are arrowhead-shaped and can grow up to 12 inches long. They have prominent veins that add to the plant's unique look.

Care Instructions

Keep plants in medium-light locations, out of direct sunlight.
Natural light is best, but some plants can also thrive in office fluorescent light.
Plant soil should be kept moist at all times.
Be careful to avoid over-watering.
Do not allow plants to stand in water.
Avoid wattering plant leaves excessively.
A spray of water should help in the case of flowering plants.
Plants should be kept in a cool spot (between 18-28 degrees Celsius).
Remove waste leaves and stems from time to time.
