A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected. This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
Once the order is prepared for delivery, the delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
Although we try not to, occasionally, substitution is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues. Please be noted that we may have to do this without informing you because we give utmost importance to delivery on time since most of our orders are gifts for a certain occasion.

Care Instructions

About Plant - Dracena rikki is a fast-growing plant that can reach up to 8-12 feet in height when mature. It is a tough and low maintenance plant.
Water - Allow the top 2-3" soil to dry before watering the plant. Ideally 2-3 cups of water is required at least twice a week.
Temperature - Ideal temperature should be 18-26 degrees Celsius. Cold drafts below 10 degrees will harm the plant.
Light - Ideally should be kept in low to moderate light. If the yellow markings on the leaves begin to fade move the plant to the slightly brighter corner.
Care - Keep the plant hydrated by misting the leaves with water and keeping the soil moist.
